Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a driven L2 engineer for the Cloud Native Foundations Team. You will design, build, and operate identity, governance, and automated access-control tools across multi-cloud environments.

You will work hands-on with multi-cloud IAM, Terraform-based infrastructure automation, and code to enable secure, seamless developer access. You’ll collaborate with security leadership to turn well-scoped tasks into production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of software engineering or DevOps/Platform experience.
• Experience with multi-cloud IAM or platform automation.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Knowledge of security best practices: least-privilege, identity federation, secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate access controls and security tooling at scale.
• Contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure automation for cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Write code to enable secure, seamless developer access with modern tooling.
• Participate in code reviews and follow policy-as-code frameworks.
