Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer, Platform Access (L2) for a primarily remote role. You will work on identity governance and automated access controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP, designing and operating IAM tooling at scale with Terraform-based automation.

You will contribute to secure developer access and observability, reporting to the Cloud Native Foundations Team. As an L2 engineer, you’ll implement least-privilege policies, federate identities, and support automated provisioning

Qualifications

• Experience with identity federation and least-privilege access controls.
• Design and maintain IAM policies across multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to write and review code for automation and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automations and access tools for multi-cloud environments.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established patterns and testing standards.
• Maintain least-privilege IAM policies and automated lifecycle workflows across cloud accounts.
• Enhance observability with metrics, alerts, and tracing across data pipelines.
