Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a manufacturing operator to process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders. You will calculate processing times, rinse parts, and complete required paperwork, with supervision of line assistants to maximize throughput.

The role involves maintaining logs, performing preventative maintenance, and proper disposal of hazardous waste. ITAR compliance and E-Verify are required as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting, with shop conditions potentially exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• This position requires compliance with ITAR and verification of eligibility prior to employment.
