Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a candidate to operate and monitor part processing lines, ensuring parts are processed in tanks per specifications and work orders. The role requires calculating processing times, handling rinsing and bath steps, and completing required paperwork.

Responsibilities include supervising line assistants to maximize throughput, logging preventative maintenance, and ensuring proper hazardous waste disposal.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 1 year experience in chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Compensation Range $16.50 - $18.47 (DOE) + Shift Differential
