Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in California is seeking a manufacturing associate to process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders, calculate processing times, rinse and finalize parts. You will oversee line assistants, log preventative maintenance, ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste, and complete required paperwork.

The role offers hourly pay from $18.00 to $22.13, plus medical, dental, vision, life and 401k, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders.
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerses them in bath before finishing processing.
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.

• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput

• Other duties as assigned
• Compensation Range $18.00 to $ 22.13 per hour (DOE)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting. Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
