Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA is hiring for an hourly manufacturing associate to process parts in tanks, calculate processing times, rinse and finish parts, and complete required paperwork. You will oversee line assistants and log maintenance on the processing line, ensuring safe waste disposal.

• Calculate accurate processing times for each part
• Rinse parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Complete paperwork following company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on the processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly

• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
• Compensation Range $18.00 to $ 22.13 per hour (DOE) + Shift differential

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting. Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
