Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a full-time 3rd shift parts processing technician. The role requires operating tanks, timing parts, rinsing and finishing processing, and completing required paperwork.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 to $22.13 per hour (DOE) plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with 3% match, generous PTO and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting. Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
