Southside Market & Barbeque is seeking a Plate Prep team member in Leander, TX. The role focuses on assembling sandwiches, potatoes, and side items with attention to quality and speed. You’ll prepare plates to order and support multiple stations as needed.

Requirements include a valid Food Handler Certificate, prior restaurant experience, and ability to read and speak English. The job involves standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining a clean prep area.

Competenze

• Food Handler Certificate required before day 1.
• Previous restaurant experience (fast food, kitchen or expo) expected.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently for all job-related circumstances.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds and complete standing/walking tasks.

Mansioni

• Communicate well with the Line and respond quickly to orders.
• Prepare and package all sandwiches, potatoes and items to order.
• Prepare plates to order and maintain plate prep area cleanliness.
• Assist other stations when needed and rotate product properly.
