Qualifications

• Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.
• Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) for weight and measures.
• Practical problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils and rack for dish machine.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area and maintain clean station.
• Handle trash and garbage disposal and restocking as needed.
