Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance workforce in Napoleon, OH. You will oversee safe and efficient execution of all machine and facility maintenance activities, coordinating tasks with technicians and production staff.

The role emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and proactive maintenance planning, with opportunities to implement standardized techniques and drive reliability improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years experience within plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees.
• Strong listening and clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
• Forklift and Crane Certification or ability to obtain is required.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to review and understand machine blueprints/schematics.
• Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates and communicates daily maintenance tasks based on priority needs and ensures timely completion by Maintenance Technicians.
• Reviews compliance to planned work orders and reports status updates to management.
• Maintains up-to-date maintenance data, records of activities and purchase orders for parts.
• Ensures spare part lists are available and equipment is compatible with improvements.
• Maintains contact with production staff to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Develops and implements standardized maintenance techniques and preventative procedures.
