Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance workforce in Napoleon, OH, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all machine and facility maintenance activities.

You will coordinate daily tasks, monitor compliance, and drive reliability improvements across production equipment, while coaching staff and maintaining strong communication with production teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience within plastic manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees
• Strong listening and clear communication skills both written and verbal

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates and communicates daily maintenance tasks based on priorities and ensures timely completion by technicians
• Monitors compliance to work orders via maintenance software and reports status to management
• Maintains accurate maintenance data including records and spare parts inventory
• Ensures spare part lists exist for all equipment and that installations meet reliability standards
• Maintains contact with production staff to ensure equipment functioning and timely maintenance
• Develops standardized repair techniques and preventative maintenance procedures
• Plans and schedules preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Identifies safety concerns and enforces safety regulations for staff and contractors
• Oversees safety permits for maintenance of equipment
• Ensures new hires receive safety and technical training for ramp-up
• Oversees site contractors and ensures adherence to safety and operations procedures
• Respond to weekend calls and organize weekly schedules for time off and shifts
• Maintains attendance and performance records and approves payroll schedules
• Communicates via shift meetings, logs, and electronic channels
• Other duties as needed
