Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance tasks by priority.
• Ensure compliance with work orders via CMMS and report status.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory.
• Develop standardized maintenance techniques and preventive procedures.
• Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance and permits for maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and oversee site contractors.
• Respond to weekend calls and manage weekly shift coverage.
• Oversee attendance and payroll-related scheduling.
• Communicate updates via shift handovers, emails, and messages.
