Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Napoleon, OH. You’ll lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable equipment operation in a plastic manufacturing setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and technical knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in plastic manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and lead a maintenance team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Forklift and Crane certification or ability to obtain is required.
• Welding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and communicate daily maintenance tasks for technicians.
• Monitor conformity to work orders and report to management.
• Maintain maintenance data, POs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance for maintenance staff and contractors.
• Schedule preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise site contractors and enforce safety procedures.
• Oversee attendance, shift coverage, and payroll data.
• Communicate with production and management through various channels.
