Job summary

Mold-Masters, a Hillenbrand company, seeks a Technical Field Sales professional to strengthen customer partnerships across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Based near Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, or Atlanta, you’ll connect customer requirements with informed technical and commercial solutions for plastics processing equipment.

Location includes travel up to 90% across NC, SC, and GA. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business commitments and drive

Qualifications

Three years of sales or sales support experience in the plastics industry.
Working knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, equipment, hot runner systems, products, or customer applications.
Ability to interpret sales data, market information, pricing considerations, and competitive activity to guide territory decisions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain customer relationships through technical consultation and presentations.
Identify opportunities, evaluate pricing, discounts, and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining long-term relationships.
Prepare forecasts and reports on sales volume and pipeline.
