Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine operative cases and in-clinic procedures.
• Reschedule and cancel surgical procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate between provider offices and the operating room.
• Serve as primary contact for patients on surgery scheduling and pre/post-operative guidance.
• Generate pre-certification orders and track through completion.
• Utilize OpTime (EPIC) for scheduling.
• Maintain a collegial, professional work environment.
