Job summary

You will schedule routine and complex operative cases, coordinate pre- and post-operative planning, and communicate with providers, patients and staff to keep operations running smoothly. This role demands meticulous organization, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with EHR scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in surgical scheduling in healthcare settings.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for patient education.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and EHR systems (EPIC/OpTime).
