Job summary

UTHealth Houston’s Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, seeks a Program Manager to support two residency programs and one fellowship program. The role allows a hybrid schedule after probation and emphasizes leadership in program operations, budgets, and compliance.

You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while collaborating with faculty and departments to achieve program goals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; experience in program management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all activities of plastic surgery residency and fellowship programs.
• Manages budgets, contracts, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinates recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Liaises with faculty, residents, and external partners to ensure program goals.
