Job summary

Stanford Dermatology seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 3 to oversee program management for our clinical education programs. The Education Program Manager leads residency, clinical fellowship, medical student, and related initiatives, aligning policy and procedure development with department goals.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, you will collaborate with faculty, staff and external partners in a high‑performance, multi‑subspecialty environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience coordinating educational programs (ACGME‑accredited residency/fellowship preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements (AAMC, ERAS, ACGME, ABD).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to develop long-term strategies for growth.
• Develop policies to comply with residency and accreditation guidelines.
• Lead evaluation processes and manage rotation/curriculum data.
• Oversee recruitment databases and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Monitor annual program budget and secure resources.
• Supervise residency/fellowship staff and provide training.
