Job summary

Sunrise Plastic Enterprise, INC. is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to lead our QC function on the production floor.

You will ensure incoming materials, in-process materials, finished products, and customer shipments meet quality specifications and coordinate with Receiving, Production, and Shipping. You will establish sampling and inspection practices, improve material traceability, investigate quality concerns, and escalate issues to Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in quality control/plastics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of plastic/resin materials and contamination issues.
• Experience performing inspections, sampling, or material verification.
• Ability to read POs, specifications, labels, and shipping docs.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with hourly employees, supervisors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QC activities and priorities.
• Train and supervise QC staff; ensure QC procedures.
• Establish sampling procedures for containers, loads.
• Maintain material traceability from incoming to shipment.
• Investigate quality concerns; escalate to Operations.
• Support customer quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Pack House.
