Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in a full-time direct-hire role. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure quality products.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and prior experience with plastic molding processes. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of plastic manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines per procedures.
• Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and document results.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects.
• Maintain raw material inventory and notify supervisor for restocking.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean workstation.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
