Pretium Packaging is seeking multiple skilled Machine Operators for the first shift (5:45pm to 2:15am). You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and inspect products to ensure quality across production runs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment with

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior experience operating plastic molding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues during production.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
