Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth production.

You will inspect finished products for quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate material inventories while following safety protocols and a clean, efficient work area. This role supports efficient, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings or specifications.
• Experience with plastic molding manufacturing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity are essential.
• Effective communication and teamwork are important in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines following established procedures.
• Monitor machines during production and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
• Inspect finished products and identify any defects or deviations.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs with supervision as needed.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
