Champion Personnel in Berea, OH is hiring a Machine Tender for plastic injection molding on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will tend preset machines (often 2–3 at a time), remove parts, and inspect for defects to keep quality high.

Training starts on the 2nd shift with a smooth transition to the 1st shift during onboarding. Contract-to-hire with a clear raise path: +$0.50/hr when hired in, plus regular reviews at 6 months and 1 year.

• Able to lift 5–10 lbs as needed.

Mansioni

• Tend pre-set plastic injection molding machines (often 2-3 machines at a time)
• Remove parts from bins, separate runners/sprues from finished parts, and sort into the correct containers
• Inspect parts for defects to maintain quality standards
• Keep your station organized and follow safety procedures (safety glasses provided)
