Job summary

TH Plastics, Inc. in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a skilled Mold Setter to support our molding division. You will stage, change molds, and ensure smooth production transitions while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, good communication and attendance, and prior molding or mechanical experience; Crane experience is a plus. This is a 2nd shift, Mon-Fri role with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED desired.
• Strong communication and attendance records.
• Prior molding/mechanical experience preferred.
• Crane operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform staging, pulling, setting, and finalizing mold changes as assigned.
• Complete the mold setting checklist and ensure safety practices.
• Keep work area organized and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Load programs after training and document issues.
• Identify mold tools, nozzle tips, and core safeties as needed.
• Fill out work orders and deliver to the appropriate area.
• Other related duties as assigned.
