Champion Personnel in Berea, OH is hiring a Machine Tender for plastic injection molding on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will tend preset machines (often 2–3 at a time), remove parts, and inspect for defects to keep quality high.

Training starts on the 2nd shift with a smooth transition to the 1st shift during onboarding. Contract-to-hire with a clear raise path: +$0.50/hr when hired in, plus regular reviews at 6 months and 1 year.

Job Title

Machine Tender (Plastic Injection Molding)

Hours & Location

Berea, OH

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am (training on 2nd shift)
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu, 11:30pm-8:00am (training starts on 1st shift for 4-8 weeks)

Breaks: 30-minute lunch

Pay & Benefits

$16.75-$17.25/hr (based on shift)

Contract-to-hire with a clear raise path: +$0.50/hr when hired in, plus pay reviews at 6 months and 1 year (annual reviews after)

Overtime is typically available during the week.
