Injection Mold Setup Operator

Location: Berea, OH

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Setup Operator for a manufacturing facility in Berea, OH. This is a 1st-shift opportunity for someone with hands‑on plastic injection molding experience who is comfortable setting up equipment, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines
• Perform mold changes and machine setups for production runs
• Monitor machines throughout production to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot molding, machine, and process issues
