Job summary

Aerotek in Vadnais Heights, MN seeks a Machine Operator for a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You’ll load needle inserts, monitor machines, inspect parts, and package finished components in a clean-room environment. This contract-to-hire role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a stable full-time hours rhythm.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture precision medical components used in healthcare products by:

• Loading needle inserts into injection molding machines
• Monitoring machine operation and production output
• Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy
• Sorting, labeling, and packaging finished components
• Completing production documentation
• Following work instructions and quality standards
• Working with small metal and plastic components in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or fast-paced work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, sitting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean-room manufacturing facility producing medical components. Employees wear protective gear including gowns, bonnets, and safety glasses. The facility is clean, organized, and focused on quality and teamwork.

Schedule

Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule:

• Week 1: Work Mon-Tues, Off Wed-Thurs, Work Fri-Sun
• Week 2: Off Mon-Tues, Work Wed-Thurs, Off Fri-Sun

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of vadnais heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
