Job summary

Mauston Tool Corporation is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Engineer to lead tooling projects from concept to production start and to drive improvements in tooling capability, efficiency, and cost. The engineer will manage multiple projects, coordinate with mold shop management and customers, and stay current with new tooling technologies.

The role requires a strong understanding of injection mold design, manufacturing processes, and proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Plastics preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related field.
• Solid background in injection molding processes and tooling.

Now Hiring: Plastic Injection Mold Engineer

Mauston Tool is expanding its capabilities and ability to serve a larger market in the plastic injection mold building industry. We're looking for an experienced Engineer to join our dedicated and progressive team.

Responsibilities:

The Engineer is responsible for managing tooling projects for new products from conception through production start. This position is also responsible for all repairs and changes to existing tooling, while staying up to date on new tooling technologies and recommending improvements to tooling capability, efficiency, and cost.

Qualifications - Education and Experience:
