Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center technician to perform venipuncture and plasmapheresis procedures. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain donor safety and comfort, and uphold the highest production standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires setting up equipment, monitoring donor conditions, and maintaining detailed records. You will train teammates as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives across the donor floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months' medical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Training documentation completed before duties performed.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedures.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Provide excellent donor service and maintain donor experience.
• Set up equipment and monitor collection ratios, label samples.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, respond to alarms, troubleshoot.
