Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Plasmapheresis Associate to perform venipuncture and execute plasmapheresis according to SOPs and regulatory standards. You will ensure donor safety, comfort, and privacy while maintaining accurate records and device calibration.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours. Training and benefits accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Documentation of training completed before duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform plasmapheresis and venipunctures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP and SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and positive donor experience.
• Set up equipment, label units, and manage collection ratios.
• Operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis machines; document exceptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and inventory; report unsafe conditions.
