Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Plasmapheresis Technician II to execute venipuncture procedures and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to SOPs in a high-volume donor center located in Riverside, CA.

You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards, deliver strong donor service, and participate in training and QA activities to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical/health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed training documentation prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation complies with state/federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high donor service and positive experience.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and manage inventory (FIFO).
• Verify donor ID, monitor conditions, and maintain donor confidentiality.
