Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 months experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties, prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection following safety protocols.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and alerts.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Ensure donor safety and comfort, monitor conditions during procedures.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain machine logs and report unsafe conditions.
