Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months' experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection with safety and quality.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms or alerts.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate donor identification.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and daily equipment checks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs.
