Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasmapheresis technician to perform venipunctures and run plasmapheresis procedures on donors. You will ensure strict adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA and GMP SOPs to sustain high production standards and donor safety.

You will set up equipment, monitor donor conditions, document procedures, and maintain clean, well-organized work areas while delivering excellent donor service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Training completed before performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and GMP SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide quality donor service.
• Set up equipment, label units, and maintain accurate records.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and troubleshoot alarms.
