You will operate and maintain complex equipment, document results, and ensure compliance with CLIA, FDA, EMA, and GMP guidelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, adherence to QA/QC, and the ability to handle heavy workloads while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry.
• CLIA High Complexity Testing requirements.
• California testing requirements where required by law or SOP.
• Appropriate state licensure and/or certificate, where applicable.
• Minimum two years laboratory experience for Testing Technologist II.
• Minimum four years laboratory experience for Testing Technologist III.

Responsibilities

• Performs high complexity testing per SOPs in a GMP/CLIA environment.
• Calibrates and maintains testing instruments according to schedule.
• Ensures ALCOA-compliant documentation and data integrity.
• Identifies and resolves instrument and testing abnormalities.
• Supports training and mentoring of less experienced staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe laboratory workspace and proper waste handling.
• Performs duties as assigned by management and may require overtime.
