Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high complexity testing of biological specimens under direct supervision. You will work in a team to ensure timely and quality results while maintaining required competencies.

The role encompasses CLS levels II–IV with increasing responsibilities, including troubleshooting, proficiency testing, mentoring, equipment calibration, and coordination with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Biology or Chemistry.
• CLIA high complexity testing experience.
• State licensure or certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine high complexity testing of biological specimens.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure donor/patient confidentiality.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; perform QA and troubleshooting.
• Assist with problem investigation and escalation.
