You will operate in a fast-paced setting, monitoring temperatures, performing daily equipment calibration, and ensuring donor data is correctly recorded in the management system. Some duties may require bilingual communication and cross-training across areas.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• Collects plasma samples and moves plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality in compliance with SOPs.
• Ensures plasma units are properly stored according to SOPs, including unsuitability of plasma units and samples.
• Verifies accuracy of unit labeling by matching pre-printed labels with dynamic labels.
• Uses sterile technique to draw samples and applies heat sealer to ensure sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.
• May prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation and ensure samples/units are packed and shipped per SOPs.
• Monitors freezer and refrigerator temperatures and reports deviations; records variances.
• Performs daily calibration of equipment according to SOPs.
• Ensures accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Follows HSE and OSHA policies and procedures and promotes safety.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
