Job summary

CSL Plasma is hiring a Plasma Processing Associate in Florida to accurately sample, test, and store donor plasma in a fast-paced facility. You will adhere to SOPs, maintain aseptic technique, and manage data entry for donor information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Ensure plasma units are stored according to SOPs; handle unsuitable units as needed.
• Verify labeling accuracy by matching pre-printed and dynamic labels.
• Use sterile technique to draw samples and seal to maintain sterility.
• Pack and ship samples per SOPs; prepare shipping and disposal documentation.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures; report variances.
• Calibrate equipment daily per SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Understand policies for hyper immune programs if applicable.
• Maintain clean work area; follow HSE/OSHA policies; promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization’s discretion.
