Job summary

CSL Racine is seeking a team member to collect plasma samples, prepare units for freezing, and ensure accurate labeling and storage according to SOPs. You will monitor temperatures, document variances, and assist with shipping and disposal procedures to support donor center operations.

The role requires basic math, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to Health Safety & OSHA policies. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and verify labeling accuracy with dynamic labels.
• Use sterile technique and heat sealer to maintain sterility and quality.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation as required by SOPs.
• Monitor temperatures and record variances; calibrate equipment as needed.
