Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect donor plasma by performing venipuncture and maintaining donor safety.
• Perform pheresis procedures per SOPs and FDA guidelines.
• Monitor donation progress, donor status, and respond to adverse events.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Triage and troubleshoot equipment alarms or donor issues as they arise.
• Educate donors on procedures, screening, appointments, and center policies.
