Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Plasma Donor Technician to collect plasma through pheresis, monitor donors, and follow SOPs in a busy center. This role emphasizes donor safety, accurate data recording, and quick problem solving.

You will operate electronic donor information systems, assist with donor education, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while complying with OSHA and HSE guidelines. Previous phlebotomy or healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• For centers located in CA, phlebotomy certification or RN license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Efficient collection of plasma by performing venipuncture and pheresis per SOPs.
• Monitor donors during pheresis and aftercare; manage donor flow and safety.
• Prepare donor setup, monitoring, and disconnect per SOPs.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic system accurately.
