Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• CA centers require licensure: Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or RN licensed in CA.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma from donors via venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process.
• Follow SOPs and FDA guidelines during plasma collection and donor setup.
• Educate donors on the donation process and answer questions professionally.
• Monitor donors for adverse events and document incidents using the PDA.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform calibrations, and maintain a safe work environment.
