Job summary

CSL Plasma in California seeks a phlebotomy‑certified professional to collect plasma from donors and monitor the pheresis process according to SOPs. You will set up donors, monitor during collection and safely disconnect after the procedure, ensuring donor safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For Centers located in CA the following experience is also required: State certified as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or Current Registered Nurse by the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma from donors via venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process.
• Perform donor setup, monitoring and disconnect in compliance with SOPs.
• Record donor data and maintain donor information systems per SOPs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow OSHA/HSE policies and promote a safe work environment.
