Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Victorville, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, perform screenings, record vital signs, and help maintain donor charts while ensuring safety.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. You will use the Donor Information System and may participate in donor compensation processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lift to 5 lbs, occasional up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
