Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, seeks a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist in Vista, CA. You will greet donors, screen and collect, perform phlebotomy, take donor vitals, and record results in the Donor Information System while upholding safety and quality standards. Current CA CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to stand/walk through a shift and work varying hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of donor safety and documentation expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and prioritize safety while on the floor.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Perform phlebotomy as needed and maintain accurate donor charts in the Donor Information System.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support process improvements per approved procedures.
