Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and record donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
