Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Entry Level Phlebotomist - Medical Screener to support plasma center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and maintain donor records while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and entails handling donor interactions with care and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes per procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
