Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes per company procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
