CSL is seeking a medically licensed professional to evaluate donor suitability for pheresis procedures and administer donor immunizations. The role includes performing donor health assessments, interviewing donors, and managing donor information in the center's system.

You will respond to donor inquiries, handle medical emergencies per SOPs, and ensure compliance with HSE/OSHA policies while maintaining donor confidentiality and providing education on donation benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an active state license in one of the listed medical disciplines.
• Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting or clinical training.
• Experience in a plasma or blood collection center is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer and supervise approved immunizations other than red blood cell immunizations.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff as licensed.
• Maintain confidential donor interviews to gather suitability information.
• Explain informed consent and obtain signatures from donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Handle donor adverse events following SOPs and escalate as needed.
• Promote positive donor relations and donor education.
