CSL Plasma is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis, administer immunizations, and provide emergency care as needed. You will conduct confidential donor interviews, promote positive donor relations, and ensure accurate recording of donor data in the information system.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure from a paramedic, nursing, PA, chiropractic, naturopathic program or medical school.
• Foreign medical graduates may qualify if licensed or certified as an EMT in the state.
• Minimum 1 year health-care experience; plasma/whole blood center experience preferred.
• Ability to assess physical findings and donor health status.
• Ability to instruct donors and staff on plasma donation benefits.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate donor suitability for automatedpheresis procedures.
• Administer approved immunizations and provide limited emergency care as allowed.
• Promote positive donor relations and conduct donor interviews.
• Respond to medically related questions with Center Medical Director or Physician.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
